History

Monafrica Limited was found in 2018 with RC NO: 1537221 with the head office in Lagos at NO: 5 Noah Omoboye Street, United Estate, Ajah , Lagos State and the operating office in Abuja.

We are a Solid Minerals aggregator. We have positioned ourselves as a platform for the sourcing of Gold and all types of solid minerals from Nigeria and from anywhere across Africa.

We pride ourselves in transparency, efficiency, accountability, innovation, a good track record, good work ethics, and great customer service. We are here to change the African narrative. To recreate a good image for Africa and in doing business with African corporations.

The CFO of Monafrica is Mr. Juen Kim, the founder of US Water and Renewable Energy Corporation, based in California, USA. He has joined the Monafrica Management team to form a formidable world-class enterprise that’d become a pride of Nigeria.US Water and Renewable Energy Corporation, has 80% of it’s shares in Monafrica Limited.

The core area of our business covers the procuring of Gold bars, Tin Ore, Lithium Ore, etc., processing them to meet our customers’ requirements before shipment.

This will help to generate the highly-needed foreign currencies, create local jobs and contribute to the development of local communities.

We are an out-bound export company. We aim to export quality products that are locally originated and processed to compete in the international market.

We are aware of the great challenges companies face in trying to source raw materials from Africa. There are issues of falling into the wrong hands, not understanding the local laws and protocols, having to deal with unfamiliar terrains, and a stringent bureaucratic procedure in acquiring all the necessary documents, logistics, banking procedures, and so on.
Monafrica Limited is well-positioned to make this process quite smooth for customers and investors.

It has taken us a number of years of hard work to get huge institutional corporations overseas as our customers. We currently have several customers from Vietnam, South Korea, Japan, and the United States of America whom we have entered into long-term contracts with.

One of our customers, Koroniks Co., Ltd, a South Korean-based corporation recently issued a one million dollars Documentary Letter of Credit [DLC] on the 7th of June 2022 in favour of Monafrica Ltd through our Suntrust Bank. The same company is in the process of raising a 5 million dollars Standby Letter of Credit [SBLC] to Monafrica Ltd for the supply of 22+ carat gold export. We hope to make Monafrica a trusted and reliable household name.
